超聲波流量計在管道洩漏監測系統中的(de)應用(yòng)

金湖捷特儀表今天和(hé)你談談超聲波流量計在管道洩漏監測系統中的(de)應用(yòng):鑒于本課題将首先應用(yòng)于微弱超聲信号的(de)測量,而由于不同實驗可(kě)能采用(yòng)的(de)超聲發射頻(pín)率不同,所以定義表征超聲發射信号頻(pín)率全局變參量float Pre_Proc。又因發射信号頻(pín)率已知性,故而很容易經過判斷頻(pín)率進行壓縮。混沌振子實現包括單個(gè)振子實現和(hé)時(shí)間尺度變換算(suàn)法實現。 在信号預制過程是指信号進入混沌振子陣列其頻(pín)率壓縮至1~10範圍過程。

時(shí)間尺度變換簡單,就是将龍格庫塔法積分(fēn)步長(cháng)始值1/ω即。軟們定義RungKutta(float Pace,float w)函數完成步長(cháng)Pace、參考頻(pín)率wDuffing方程數值積分(fēn)。信号頻(pín)率确定,信号相位值由鎖相确定,而幅值則根據混沌周期段最幅值矢量合成峰值減去該混沌振子參考信号幅值确定。混沌算(suàn)法準确地提壓力信号所包含壓波信息,定位精度1%以,滿足工程應求。

  結合管道輸送的(de)實際情況,針原油管道洩漏監測技術及其運行監測系統進行深入研究,利超聲波流量計,依據流體流量超聲波流量計傳播速度關系,管道流量進行實時(shí)連續監測。充分(fēn)發揮計算(suàn)機網絡優勢,建立管道洩漏監測系統,以達到及時(shí)發現洩漏,并準确地确定其位置的(de)目的(de)
